Once a defect crosses the ocean you've paid its freight and duty, and factories rarely take returns from abroad. So we look at every unit before anything ships.
Sent back to the factory for replacement or credit. No freight or duty is ever paid on them.
Goods, freight and duty already paid. Shipping back to China rarely pays, so they’re usually written off.

Before Pretty Good Stuff, I spent a decade in industrial sales and product management at ABB, nVent and MGM Transformers, after starting as a mechanical engineer. UC Santa Barbara BS in mechanical engineering, Arizona State MBA.
Three years selling on Amazon myself, and longer than that sourcing from China, taught me where the real bottleneck is: not the listings, but the supply chain you can't see from outside. So I moved operations to Yiwu and opened an FBA prep center.
Today that floor runs for other brands. Every unit is inspected, prepped to Amazon's rules and shipped to the US, and I source factories for US brands. English and 中文.

Every invoice comes from Pretty Good Stuff LLC, a Florida company, in US dollars. No wires to overseas accounts.

Freight billed at cost
Freight and duties are passed through at cost with the forwarder’s invoice attached, paid by ACH or bank transfer.
